The Jungle

“Scoras! Scoras! Where are you? I’ve got your favorite, fresh Sunflowers!” Rosie yells walking through the depths of the jungle. While walking, she trips over a tree branch and hits her head on the trunk, rendering her unconscious.

Rosie begins to dream. She awakens on a pink cloud filled with the reddest of Roses. Scoras appears above her. The gust of light is too bright. She closes her eyes. “Just rest, my child.” says Scoras. Rosie tosses and turns. “But…but…why! I don’t want to rest.”

“Because, you have a busy adventure upcoming.” Scoras says.

Rosie awakens under a tree. In runs Ortafa. “Ahh! There you are! Quick! Come! We’ve gotta go!” Ortafa runs up and throws Rosie onto their back. He sprints through the jungle.

“Ortafa! Stoooopppp!” screams Rosie.

Ortafa continues to sprint through the jungle. “Rosie, what was that? I can’t hear you over the sound of me dashing. We’ve gotta hurry before the seal closes.” Ortafa continues to run. Rosie jumps off Ortafa’s back and lands in an ant hill.

The hole opens and in falls Rosie. She lands in a dark fire pit, yet the fire does not burn her skin. “Oh! Hey Rosie! What are you doing here so early? I didn’t expect you to swing through until sundown.” says Qua entering from Rosie's right.

Rosie wiggles her eyes open. “Qua? Is that you?”

“Yup! Sure is! Now get on up. Gosh, you’re early! Where’s Ortafa? We need his powers.”

“That’s where he was bringing me?!! TO YOU! Why didn’t he just say that? I jumped off him! Next thing I know. I’m in here with you.”

“C’mon, let’s go find him!” Rosie says as she proceeds to get up.

“Umm…how about we let Ortafa find us?” Qua says. “C’mon let’s go this way!”

Rosie gets up and begins to walk behind Qua. After a few steps she runs towards the wall on the left. She presses both her hands on the dirt and falls through. She pushes through and ends up outside in a veggie-rich garden.

“Why do I get the feeling that Ortafa & Qua were setting me up back there?” Rosie says walking through the garden.

She walks towards the Sunflower Patch singing a high-pitched tune. All of a sudden Sonya comes flying down from above. She lands in the middle of the Sunflower Patch and stares at Rosie.

“Sonya! Is that you?!” Rosie says. She begins to sprint towards the field. She trips over one of the Sunflowers. Sonya stretches out her left armwing to catch Rosie before she strikes the ground. Rosie lands safely on her skin. Sonya lifts her armwing and throws Rosie on her back.

Sonya jets into the air resembling that of Appa. Her graceful flying carries Rosie swiftly through the clouds. Rosie wakes up…”Whoaa!! This is SO cool Sonya! Where are we going?”

“I’ll tell you later. For now, I’ve got to get you to safety. There are people out here whom do not like what you are doing to the island. So for now I must get you to safety.” Sonya says.

“Chiron! Come here!” Sonya calls one of her pickneys.

In flies Chiron through the clouds. He flies next to Sonya. “What do you need, Mother?”

“I need you to take Rosie up to your playhouse & keep her there for quite some time. It is not safe for her on the land.”

“I am aware of that. I said, ‘What do you need, Mother?’”

“I NEED you to take Rosie up to your playhouse & keep her there for quite some time. It is not safe for her on the land.”

“Okay, Mother.”

Sonya flips over, dropping Rosie on Chiron’s back and flies away into the depths of the sky.

“Okay, Chiron. Where are we really going?” Rosie says.

“We’re going to my house to play. That’s what you heard, ain’t it?” Chiron says flying faster & faster.

The two end up at a grand set of Emerald Gates stoned with Ruby Diamonds. Two Unicorns fly down to open the gate. Inside reveals a paradise that appears as an illusion to the outside world.

Chiron flies above the trees into a gold-plated paradise oasis. He lands in the front yard. Rosie gets down off Chiron’s back.

“Okay Chiron, what’s the plan?” Rosie says.

“You stay here. I’m gonna go scout. Do not. Repeat. Do not leave from this spot.” Chiron says as he flies up and away into the sky.

Rosie does not listen and walks through the grass. She enters a bungalow decorated in grapes. Walking through the room she notices a lever hanging from the wall. “Hmm…what does this do?” Rosie says to herself.

The floorboard opens up and Rosie drops down into a compound. She looks around to notice the walls covered in mysterious paintings. She analyzes the paintings. “Is that…Sonya?”

Sonya is seen flying out from a volcano. The next scene shows Sonya breathing fire to scorch the land. The final picture…Sonya returns to the volcano.

“I thought I told you to stay outside.” Chiron says.

Rosie gasps and jumps back. “I…I…”

“You weren’t following instructions. That’s what ‘I…I…I’ was doing. C’mon let’s go! You should not be down here.”

“Wait, Chiron! What does this painting mean? What is really going on here?”

“Nothing. It means absolutely nothing. It’s a painting. Now c’mon Rosie. I’m not telling you again.”

“You’re a liar, Chiron! What aren’t you all telling me? Why do you all keep entrapping me on this island? I just want to go home!” Rosie screams. She takes off running through the compound using her gifts to push through walls. Rosie ends up in a nursery.

Chiron appears before Rosie and captures her in his armwings.

The Sea

*Crash* *Boom*

“Ahh! What was that!” Screams Romie as he is awakened from his nap in the tub.

He looks up to see a vent above the toilet. Romie climbs on top of the toilet & enters the vent. He crawls his way through the ducts until one foundation comes unsteady. Romie falls through and lands in the kitchen sink. He is able to see outside of the boat.

The boat is surrounded by pink sand and royal blue waters. The aura is calming, loving, peaceful. A Thousand Doves fly in the air and draw a pattern. They separate into two columns. A lightning strike comes down from above through the middle of them. The Doves continue to fly with Pride. Nothing gets in the way of their training.

“It looks like some sort of commencement ceremony.” Romie says aloud. He runs towards the dock but realizes that it is underwater. Romie notices that the boat

is actually sinking. He runs to the bathroom, water floods the halls. He tries to kick open the door, unsuccessful.

He runs back down the hall into the kitchen. He grabs one of the chairs resting against the counter. Romie runs back to the bathroom. He rams the chair into the door. The doorknob falls off. Romie lifts his foot & kicks the bathroom door open. He grabs his backpack and scurries out.

The boat is now sinking even further. He climbs through the side window and climbs onto the roof. He looks out at the pink sand. Animals are aligned along the beach watching the performance. It’s as if the Doves have trained for this exact moment. As Romie stands higher and higher Scoras comes flying down from the sky.

“Ahhhh!! What is that!?” Romie screams.

Romie ducks down. Sonya flies across the land further into the island. After a few moments, Romie gerts up. He climbs down off the boat and drops into the water. Roomie’s backpack: soaked.

He swims to shore and is greeted by a gray and pink feline. Up come 2 baby felines running behind her. She begins to walk away with the 2 babies following swiftly behind. Romie unknownst what to do, decides to follow. 

“Hey, can any of you help me?” He says.

The felines continue to walk. Through a Blue vine forest do they walk. Trees bearing the most chocolate of chips hover above both sides of the trail. Streams of Blue Water channel through both sides with gators resting at bay to aid in Romie’s protection.

Romie continues to follow the felines. “Whoa, this island is so cool! I wonder where I am.”

“Oh wait, I wonder if this is where Wolfie was talking about. Wolfie!!! Wolfie!!! Are you here? C’mon bro it’s been absolute misery getting here! Where are you?” Romie yells aloud.

Up above fly Chiron and Rosie. “Chiron, what was that?! I heard something!”

“Don’t worry about it, child. We are getting you to safety.” Chiron says.

Rosie looks down to notice movement through the trees. “No, no, no! Chiron! Look down! Who’s that walking through the trees? Nobody else is supposed to be here right now!”

“It must be Ortafa looking for you. Don’t mind it. Listen, I need your cooperation because you are not supposed to be with me & this adventure might get too crazy for you.”

“No, Ortafa couldn’t have made it this far by now. What are you all keeping from me? I’m jumping off!” Rosie jumps off Chiron’s back down to the island.

“Rosie Nooooo!!!” Chiron yells as he swooops down the catch Rosie

Chiron gets under Rosie and flies up, capturing her. She licks him in the eye with her foot and jumps off again. This time Chiron flies straight to the ground at the locastion Rosie should land at.

*Boom!* Lands Chiron right in front of the felines and Romie. Romie stands in flabbergastment. He stands still, frozen, unable to move. Chiron is massive compared to Romie.

“Chiron MOOOOVVEEEE!!!!” Rosie yells falling through the Sky.

“Gotcha!” yells Sonya swooping in out of nowhere.

“Sonya!!!! Let. Me. Go!!!” Rosie yells.

“Rosie, you do not know this island as well as you think. We have to make sure everything is safe for you right now. Don’t you trust me?”

“Trust you?! Everybody keeps kidnapping me and taking me to different places! And why do I get the feeling that everybody seems to know what’s really going on at this place but the actual human that lives here!”

“Sonya, I need answers, NOW!” Rosie screams at the top of her lungs.

Up looks Romie to see the goldiest of pink and blue locs with firetip points. “An Angel.” He says to himself. He gazes watching Rosie screaming at Sonya in the sky.

“If she lives here, then I guess I do too! Who is that?!” Romie says more aloud this time.
