Pope Estates: RaKiDa

Back at the Castle, Devus enters through Ka’s transformation closet. He sifts through the lucid dresses. “Yuck! Where’s the red?” Devus walks through to see Ka’s chest. 

As Devus walks over to open it, he hears voices. “Ka! Where are you?!” 

Devus exits the closet. “So Ka has not returned yet….I guess I’ll make myself comfortable.”

Devus walks over to Ka’s California King RosePetals and analyzes its beauty. Pink, Black, Red, White, and Gold Rose petals packaged together like a bed made of feathers.

Loose petals approximately 6inches thick encase the top of the bed to allow for comfort, stability, and healing as Roses are long known for their ultimate healing properties.

Devus climbs into the bed to enjoy its serenity. “This may just be the most comfortable bed I’ve been in.”

In walks Cantu to see Devus on the bed lying in Ka form.

“Oh! There you are! The Blanket Roses must’ve concealed you.” Cantu says. “Come! Come! There’s a gentleman that came early just for you!”

Since Devus and Ka are one-in-the-same body, there can only be one physical adaptation of Ka. Since Devus has no known physical appearance, on RaKiDa, he takes Ka’s form.

“Coming, mother!” Devus yells as he hops out of bed and runs over.

“Dear, change that blooded red dress! You can’t wear that until your powers activate once you are Queen of RaKiDa.” Cantu explains. “HUrry! Bercherd has your emerald dress completed.:”

Cantu grabs Devus’ hand and rushes him down the hall. They run, run, run through the flooded hallways of workers getting prepared for the Emancipation Ceremony.

Mysterie sees the two running as she is walking down the central staircase. “Cantu! Ka! We’re up here!”

Cantu drags Devus to the staircase and they run up one flight to the fifth floor. Bercherd turns out of the first room with Ka’s emerald dress encrusted with Red Rubies, Diorite, and Black Marble embroidery.

Mysterie looks at Ka to notice her pupils have changed colors: they are now gold from their previous shade of silver. “Ka, are you wearing visuals? No powers allowed!”

“Oh, these old things? No! A servant gave them to me as a gift for today. I thought it’d be unique, like me!” Devus responds cleverly.

“Oh, well that was nice of them! Now that you mention it, they do look very nice on you!” Mysterie responds.

Bercherd is Ka’s wardrobe invester. He garners all materials needed, creates all custom gowns, and ensures Ka has all items necessary for styling, beauty, and Queendom.

Bercherd begins to suit the dress to Devus but the measurements don’t quite fit. For instance, Ka’s bust is more rectangular, rather than the cylindrical measurement taken during preparation stages.

The dress rips along Devus’ spine to reveal the stitching where Ka’s dragon fins protrude. “I know what we can do. Let me grab my beauty kit!”

Bercherd walks over to an amethyst chest and opens it to reveal cosmetic elements from the furthest outreaches of the Universe.

Bercherd begins to paint along Devus’ back. A helper tries to help by holding the dress for Bercherd.

“Do not! Touch the Queen! We will treat her as such starting now which means only one set of hands at a time: authorized only.” Bercherd reprimands.

The worker backs off. “You can help by cleansing her shoes.” Bercherd responds before asking Devus, “Ka, which pair would you like to wear?”

Devus points to the 8-inch Royal Ocean Blue Gold Bottoms. “These better operate like hooves.” Devus says in his head.

“All done!” Bercherd exclaims as he finishes creating an artistical ‘Dragonworld’ to conceal the fins along Ka’s back.

Cantu walks into the room. “Did I hear you say you’re done? Can we go now?”

“All set, The Mother Queeness, yes we can take her to the Banquet hall” Bercherd replies.

“Not yet, There’s a gentleman Mysterie invited, says he’s necessary for the ceremony.”

Cantu exits the room with Devus and staff following..

Nomen’sland

At the barn, Ka is extracting samples from the ecosystems. She sees the drastic evolution in combination of elements, elimination of good protozoa, and the promotion of acidic bacteri. 

“Fuschia, I’m about to do something dangerous.” Ka says.

“Ka, I don’t like when you say that. Danger to you is fun and exciting.”

“Creation is fun and exciting!” Ka says as she smashes one of the cylindrical tubes with a sledgehammer.

The hot water and protozoa spill all over the barn. The floor begins to shapeshift. The barn has a defense mechanism. The water begins to drain through the shifted floor, and steam water begins to flood through the roof.

“He’s too smart, I should have known.” Ka says quietly to herself. “However, this stuff had to go somewhere.”

Ka exits the barn and walks around back to see a large Black lake with bubbles continuously popping. “His Garden. Fushia! I found it!”

Fuschia runs around back to find Ka and sees the lake, “What is that?” Fuschia says.

“The plan. The more bacteri Devus can grow, he can transcribe down to Planet Hermoin. Destroy the Source: Destroy the Sample.”

“Just one question, how do we get rid of an element in a world we are not familiar with?” Fuschia responds.

“Speak for yourself, I used to live here. I gave it to Devus.”

Ka walks around the lake. “It’s gotta be here somewhere.” She says quietly to herself. As Ka walks she trips in a grassy pithole. She falls face forward with her teeth smacking a door. 

“Found it!” Ka says as she pries open the ground door. The door reveals the purest water in H2O particles.

Ka reaches her hand inside to allow for a chemical burning. Ka’s hand begins to change forms to H2O. “Now, if I can just reach my planet I should be able to dump this.”

A hand grabs Ka’s. “Ahh! Who’s that!” Ka screams.

“Haros,” Haros replies. “Ka? I thought you were getting ready for the ceremony?”

“Dad?! I was! Devus emptied advanced protozoa all over Planet Hermoin. If I don’t fix this I won’t have a ceremony to attend!” 

“So if you’re here, then…oh no!” Haros says.

“Dad…what?”

“Devus. He is at RaKiDa taking your place. I should have known when Mysterie said you were wearing your eyes gold.”

“Dad! Get him out of my Queendom!!!!!” Ka screams to reach her planet of Ori.

As Ka touches her planet, the planet appears in the sky. A large egg-shaped paradise. The atmosphere is orange, the trees: black, the water: crystal clear to show the fiery core of magna. 

Ka begins to drain the lake into her planet. As the lake begins to drain, this causes a disruption in Devus’ reality.


Pope Estates: RaKiDa

Back at the castle, Devus feels something is wrong back on his home planet. While following Cantu to the dining hall, Devus turns left into a mysterious door. He enters the room to show an empty supply closet. 

Devus walks over to the mirror on the wall and looks inside. His gold eyes transition to a view camera. Ka is seen draining Devus’ protozoa lake. “What does she think she is doing?”

Devus jumps through the mirror to appear in front of Ka in Nomen’sland. “You little brat! What do you think you’re doing?”

“Getting your attention!” Ka yells as she removes her hand and grabs Devus’ shirt.

“Let go or I’ll kill us both!” Devus says.

“I have nothing left to lose,” responds Ka.

Fuschia comes running behind Devus and headbutts him in the arse. Devus goes flying straight into the lake. The protozoa and bacteri begin to consume him, creating an acidic lake monster.

Devus stands up in the large cloud of mucky bacteri-filled water. With the snap of his right fingers, the water ejects itself towards Ka.

The water forces Ka’s mouth open wide as she drowns in the water. Her face begins to turn green, eyes pale, lips, purple. Ka faints and falls into the trap door holding the channel to her home planet, Ori.
